About the role
 
This is a dynamic Associate role where variety, responsibility and client contact all come together.

• Work on business and share sale transactions and due diligence
• Assist on land acquisition and development matters
• Handle commercial and retail leasing work
• Draft and negotiate a range of commercial agreements
• Provide clear, commercially tailored advice to clients
• Work closely with a senior leader and a highly skilled team

 
What you'll bring
 
You'll be a capable commercial or property lawyer who enjoys client-facing work, thinks commercially and wants to keep growing in a supportive but high-performing environment.

• At least 3 years PQE in commercial and or property law
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to deliver clear and commercial tailored advice
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging directly with clients
• Commitment to delivering outstanding client service
• Experience in the health, aged care or retirement living industries is desirable
