Job Description

Our client is a high-end Sydney CBD based employment law firm that specialises in conducting effective investigations within the workplace. The firm also advises blue-chip and top tier corporations and government agencies on all employment law issues including in equal opportunity, termination of employment and industrial relations issues. It is a thriving boutique-level firm that employs just over 40 staff. 

We are seeking a motivated Employment Lawyer who has 2-4 years + PQE within employment law and has a genuine motivation to conduct complex workplace investigations and also oversee general employment law matters.

  • Associate level Position | Salary range $85,000 to $125,000 + Commission

Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years PQE accrued within employment law. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills:  English communication skills (verbal and written), empathetic and good personality, and true professionalism.
  • Genuine motivation to conduct workplace investigations
