About the firm

Our client is a boutique firm of five lawyers, including two highly regarded partners. They specialise in property and finance law, advising across residential, commercial, industrial, and mining-related transactions, as well as disputes. They are known for giving juniors early exposure to clients and high-quality matters while maintaining a supportive, close-knit environment.

The role in practice

You’ll work closely with partners across a variety of front-end property matters and related finance work. The role is hands-on, giving you the chance to build technical capability and commercial judgment.

• Draft and review joint venture agreements and contracts
• Advise on property development, subdivisions, and stamp duty
• Act in complex transactions across multiple sectors
• Collaborate with clients directly and build long-term relationships

What you’ll need

• 1–3 years PAE in property law, admitted in Victoria
• Strong drafting, advisory, and client skills
• Interest in both transactional property and related finance work
• Ambition to grow with direct partner mentoring
