Conditions for Success:

• 6+ Years PQE in Personal Injury - TAC, Work-Cover, Motor Vehicle Injury, Public Liability
• Able to work collaboratively and support each other.
• Empathy and Confidence - Understand that clients you’ll interact with will have often experienced trauma. As such, your approach must be intuitive, reassuring and confident.
• Communication Skills - Fluent and Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail - expert analysis and approach to cases.
• Ability to prioritise and manage matters effectively.
• Intuitive and Enthusiastic Approach.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome.
• Keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases.
• Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
• Draft relevant legal documents for cases.
• Plaintiff-based work only
• Take on a broad range of PI work in most areas
