• Commercial leasing
• Commercial conveyancing
• General property law
• PEXA and Queensland Titles eLodgement
• Property development including CMS, easements and subdivisions
• Business buy/sell
• Client contact, matter management and practical delivery of outcomes

What you'll bring!

You’re an Australian-qualified lawyer with at least 2 years PAE and up to 6 years’ experience in property or property/commercial law. You’ll likely thrive here if you are technically capable, commercially minded, approachable with clients and keen to keep developing in a supportive but high-performing setting.

• Minimum 2 years PAE and up to 6 years
• Experience in commercial leasing
• Experience in commercial conveyancing
• Solid grounding in general property law
• Familiarity with PEXA and Queensland Titles eLodgement
• Exposure to property development matters including CMS, easements and subdivisions
• Experience in business buy/sell work
• A practical, client-focused and collaborative approach
