What you'll bring!
You’re an Australian-qualified lawyer with at least 2 years PAE and up to 6 years’ experience in property or property/commercial law. You’ll likely thrive here if you are technically capable, commercially minded, approachable with clients and keen to keep developing in a supportive but high-performing setting.
- Minimum 2 years PAE and up to 6 years
- Experience in commercial leasing
- Experience in commercial conveyancing
- Solid grounding in general property law
- Familiarity with PEXA and Queensland Titles eLodgement
- Exposure to property development matters including CMS, easements and subdivisions
- Experience in business buy/sell work
- A practical, client-focused and collaborative approach
