About the role!

You’ll advise on joint ventures, commercial and residential developments, commercial and retail leasing, pastoral and crown leases, plus town planning and environmental matters.

The client base includes developers, owners, investors, project managers and government-related entities. It is broad, hands-on work with excellent exposure for a 3+ PAE lawyer ready for the next step.

What you'll bring!

You’ll have at least 3 years’ post-admission experience in commercial property, strong analytical ability and clear drafting skills.

You’ll also be someone who enjoys client contact, works well to deadlines and takes a pragmatic, service-focused approach to legal advice.
