About the role! You’ll advise on disputes arising during and after project delivery across transport, social infrastructure, residential, renewables, commercial and industrial projects.
The role includes adjudications, expert determinations, litigation and arbitration, as well as preparing advice and submissions, drafting evidence, briefing counsel and experts, and helping supervise junior team members where appropriate.
What you'll bring! You’ll likely have construction, infrastructure or project disputes experience, but strong litigation lawyers with relevant sector exposure are also worth considering.
You should be technically strong, commercially aware, organised under pressure and comfortable building trust with clients, counsel, experts and colleagues across a busy team.
