What you’ll be doing

This role is suited to a senior Personal Injury practitioner ready to step into a Partner position with real backing. You will be trusted to lead, grow and shape your practice while working within a firm that offers national reach, deep resources and strong cross practice referral opportunities.

• Lead a personal injury practice with autonomy and strategic support
• Grow and transition a transferable client base into a national platform
• Advise on complex and high value personal injury matters
• Collaborate with other Partners across insurance, health and commercial teams
• Play an active role in mentoring and developing senior lawyers
• Contribute to broader firm leadership and market strategy

What you’ll bring

• Established Personal Injury lawyer at Partner or Senior Special Counsel level (Defendant) with a transferable practice or clear capability to build one with firm support
• Strong reputation for client care and commercial judgment
• Leadership mindset with interest in long term firm contribution
