Our client is a national construction and insurance practice with a strong reputation in construction disputes and litigation. A permanent opportunity has opened for a Construction Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years' PAE to join the Sydney team.

About the role
  
You will act for builders, contractors, principals, developers, sub-contractors and construction insurers on disputes across construction, projects and infrastructure. You will:

• Run construction disputes and litigation matters with partner and special counsel oversight
• Draft pleadings, advice and correspondence
• Manage day-to-day client contact on your files
• Work alongside partners and special counsel on the larger matters
• Take on increasing responsibility as your experience builds

What you'll bring

• 3 to 5 years' PAE
• Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
• Litigation or dispute resolution experience, construction preferred
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills and a collaborative approach
