Our client is a national law firm whose construction team advises principals, contractors, subcontractors and major consultants on significant construction and development projects. It is looking for a Construction Lawyer with 2 to 4 years' PAE to work on contracts and procurement in Sydney, alongside a highly experienced construction partner.

About the role
  
You will work on the contracts and procurement that set significant projects up, with close support from the partner. You will:

• Draft and negotiate construction contracts and consultant agreements
• Assist with procurement strategies and delivery models
• Prepare tender documents and contract suites
• Support strategic advice to clients across the life of a project
• Learn directly from a highly experienced construction partner

What you'll bring

• 2 to 4 years' PAE
• Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
• Construction, projects or commercial contracts experience
• Strong drafting skills and a collaborative approach
