About the role
  
You will run a senior portfolio of plaintiff claims across a range of jurisdictions and support the development of junior lawyers.

• Manage motor vehicle accident, workers compensation, public liability and TPD claims from start to finish
• Handle both straightforward and complex litigated matters, including settlement conferences and hearings
• Advocate for clients and build strong, compassionate client relationships
• Mentor and support junior lawyers in the team

What you'll bring

• 5+ years PAE in plaintiff personal injury law
• Unrestricted NSW practising certificate
• Experience across motor vehicle, workers compensation, public liability or TPD claims
• Strong advocacy, negotiation and file management skills
• An empathetic, client-focused approach and a collaborative mindset
