Our client is a leading national law firm with a projects and construction team acting for industry-leading developer clients. A permanent opportunity has opened for a Construction Lawyer with 1 to 3 years' PAE to join the Sydney team on transactional work.

About the role
  
You will support a senior Partner and several lawyers on the front end of major construction projects, building your skills quickly. You will:

• Assist with drafting and negotiating construction agreements
• Support procurement processes and project delivery models
• Help advise developer clients through the life of a project
• Take on more responsibility as your experience builds

What you'll bring

• 1 to 3 years' PAE
• Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
• Some construction, property or commercial contracts exposure preferred
• Strong drafting skills and a collaborative approach
