A permanent opportunity has opened for a Projects and Construction Associate with 3 to 5 years' PAE to join the Sydney team on predominantly front-end transactional work.

About the role
  
You will work alongside a senior Partner and several lawyers on the front end of major construction projects for developer clients. You will:

• Draft and negotiate construction agreements
• Support procurement processes and project delivery models
• Advise developer clients through the life of a project
• Work directly with the Partner on the more complex matters
• Build genuine specialist depth in front-end projects work

What you'll bring

• 3 to 5 years' PAE
• Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
• Experience gained in a mid tier or top tier firm
• Construction or projects exposure, front end preferred
• Strong drafting skills and a collaborative approach
