Our client is a boutique construction law firm in the Sydney CBD, acting across construction, property and commercial matters. A permanent opportunity has opened for a Construction Associate with 3 to 5 years' PAE to work across construction advisory and disputes.

About the role
  
You will work across advisory and dispute matters for construction clients, with close support from the partners. You will:

• Draft and review construction contracts and related documents
• Advise clients on their rights and obligations across a project
• Run construction disputes and take on more carriage as you grow
• Support partners on high-profile matters
• Work across construction, property and commercial issues as they arise

What you'll bring

• 3 to 5 years' PAE
• Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
• Construction law experience across advisory and disputes
• Strong drafting skills and a collaborative approach
