About the Firm

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work alongside the Principal Lawyer on major transactions while managing your own files and mentoring juniors. This is a pivotal leadership role with direct exposure to clients and strategy.

• Lead corporate transactions, restructures, and M&A matters
• Draft and review share sale, investment and shareholder agreements
• Advise on capital raising and business structuring
• Supervise and guide a small team of junior lawyers
• Collaborate with senior leaders on business development initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ PQE in corporate law with extensive exposure gained in M&A
• Solid drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience mentoring junior lawyers and managing files
• Commercial awareness and client relationship strength
