About the Firm

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll join a dynamic and high-performing Property & Development team advising on large-scale developments, investments and leasing matters.

• Advise on complex acquisitions, sales and project structures
• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases and transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence and manage project timelines
• Build strong relationships with sophisticated clients and consultants

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years’ PQE in property law, ideally from a top or strong mid-tier firm
• Excellent academic record (D/HD average preferred)
• Strong drafting and commercial problem-solving ability
• Collaborative, proactive and client-focused approach
