Job Description
About the Role:A leading multidisciplinary law firm in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced M&A / Corporate Partner to join its established Corporate and Commercial team. This is a genuine partnership opportunity for a senior practitioner with a demonstrable transferable practice and existing client relationships.
Leading complex domestic M&A and corporate advisory matters while also helping shape the next phase of team and client growth.
- Run due diligence, structuring, negotiation and documentation on complex domestic M&A transactions
- Advise clients on broader corporate advisory matters
- Bring and deepen client relationships through strong commercial engagement
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across a multidisciplinary firm
- Mentor lawyers and help build a high-performing team
- Support wider practice growth through business development and leadersh

Key Requirements: - 10+ years PQE in Mergers & Acquisitions and/or Corporate Advisory
- Proven transferable book of business (essential)
- Experience leading complex domestic M&A transactions: due diligence, structuring, negotiation, documentation
- Current NSW practising certificate (unrestricted)
- Strong client relationship management and business development track record
- Ability to mentor and build a high-performing team
