Position Overview

A well supported role for a lawyer seeking meaningful exposure across both family and property law, with clear pathways for development in a Melbourne office environment.

Our client is a stable Melbourne practice with a supportive culture and a team of around fifteen people. The firm holds a strong reputation for approachable service and thoughtful legal guidance. Their size allows for close supervision, open communication and opportunities to take on responsibility as your confidence grows.


Duties

You will take ownership of a mix of files while working closely with experienced practitioners who value steady development.
  • Running parenting, financial and separation matters
  • Handling conveyancing and general property work
  • Preparing and reviewing court material
  • Managing client expectations with care
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team

What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years PQE in family and property law
  • Solid drafting, communication and organisational skills
  • A client centred approach
  • Desire to contribute to a growing practice
