This is a strong opportunity for a Senior Family Lawyer with 5–10 years’ PAE + to join an established family law practice in Parramatta. You’ll step into a senior role with genuine autonomy, quality matters and the backing of an experienced team.

The work is broad, the client contact is meaningful, and the salary is competitive at $160,000 to $190,000 + super.

The role

Supporting the Practice Director, you will manage a varied family law caseload across a broad range of matters, with scope to take real ownership of files while working within a well-supported team environment.
Matters are likely to include:

• parenting and children’s matters
• divorce and separation
• property settlement and financial matters
• spousal maintenance
• domestic violence related matters
• mediation and dispute resolution
• urgent applications and interlocutory work where required

This is a role for someone who enjoys both the technical and human side of family law.

Requirements:
To be considered, you will ideally have:

• 5–10 years’ + PAE Family Law 
• solid private practice family law experience
• confidence managing files with a high level of autonomy
• strong communication and client relationship skills
• sound drafting, negotiation and matter management capability
• empathy, professionalism and strong judgement
