What You’ll Be Doing

You will work across a diverse range of family law matters while receiving direct support from senior practitioners. This role offers autonomy with consistent guidance as you continue to refine your advocacy and client management skills.

• Drafting court material and family law documents
• Managing property and parenting files under supervision
• Liaising with clients, counsel and external professionals
• Preparing for mediations, conferences and hearings
• Conducting research and contributing to strategy discussions

What You’ll Bring

• Admission in Australia with around 3–5 years PAE in family law
• Experience across both parenting and property matters
• Confident drafting and advocacy skills
• A collaborative, client centred approach
