About the Position:

Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Employment Lawyer to become an integral part of their team. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions to a variety of clients, focusing on employment disputes, industrial relations advice, and conflict resolution.
You’ll work across a diverse range of matters, including:

• Advising on workplace policies, contracts, and compliance
• Representing clients in employment disputes and negotiations
• Delivering pragmatic advice to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts
• Supporting organisations with tailored strategies to enhance workplace relations

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of post-admission experience in employment and industrial relations law (private practice)
