About the role
  
You will manage your own caseload of defendant CTP matters for insurer clients, with senior support when you need it.

• Manage CTP claims, including serious injury and contested damages matters
• Work alongside senior lawyers on major and catastrophic injury claims and complex liability disputes
• Handle fraud and recovery matters
• Prepare advice, correspondence and court documents, and liaise with insurers and counsel

What you'll bring

• 2-5 years PAE in insurance or personal injury law, ideally with CTP exposure
• Current NSW practising certificate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage files independently and prioritise a busy workload
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
