About the Role Our client is seeking a career-motivated litigation lawyer with 3-7 years of PQE to join their Restructuring & Insolvency team. In this role, you will:
  • Advise on high-value insolvency litigation and complex corporate disputes
  • Act for major stakeholders, including financial institutions, hedge funds, and corporate clients
  • Lead and manage multi-party litigation and commercial negotiations
  • Draft, review, and strategise on complex legal documents
  • Provide innovative legal solutions in complex insolvency and restructuring matters
About the Firm

Join our client, a nationally recognised commercial law firm known for its proactive and strategic approach. They provide expert legal counsel to clients across various industries, both in Australia and internationally. 

Key Requirements
  • 3-8 years PAE with expertise in financial services litigation, restructuring, or insolvency
  • Strong technical skills in insolvency law, debt recovery, and corporate finance
  • Experience working with financial institutions, hedge funds, or corporate clients
  • Ability to manage complex transactions and multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
