About the Role Our client is seeking a career-motivated litigation lawyer with 3-7 years of PQE to join their Restructuring & Insolvency team. In this role, you will:
Advise on high-value insolvency litigation and complex corporate disputes
Act for major stakeholders, including financial institutions, hedge funds, and corporate clients
Lead and manage multi-party litigation and commercial negotiations
Draft, review, and strategise on complex legal documents
Provide innovative legal solutions in complex insolvency and restructuring matters
About the Firm
Join our client, a nationally recognised commercial law firm known for its proactive and strategic approach. They provide expert legal counsel to clients across various industries, both in Australia and internationally.
Key Requirements
3-8 years PAE with expertise in financial services litigation, restructuring, or insolvency
Strong technical skills in insolvency law, debt recovery, and corporate finance
Experience working with financial institutions, hedge funds, or corporate clients
Ability to manage complex transactions and multi-stakeholder negotiations
Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
