About the Position:

Our client is seeking a talented and empathetic Wills & Estates Lawyer to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in helping individuals and families plan for the future and protect their legacies. You’ll work on diverse matters, including:

• Drafting and advising on Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Managing probate and letters of administration
• Guiding clients through estate administration and succession planning
• Advising on trusts, superannuation, and estate disputes

Key Requirements:

• Admitted as a solicitor in Australia with at least 3+ years of experience in Wills & Estates law
