The organisation isn't replacing clinicians and rebuilding its team. They're adding to an established workforce because demand continues to grow
Western Sydney / Mount Druitt - $85,000 + super starting salary for New Graduates
- Salaries up to $110,000 + super, depending on experience
- Additional performance incentives available
- Established caseload and growing waitlists
- Join an established multidisciplinary allied health team
- Weekly clinical supervision
- Structured 6-month Graduate Program
- Approximately 50% clinic / 50% community
- Option to work with a fully paediatric caseload
- Weekly multidisciplinary team meetings
- Strong team culture with genuine staff retention
This isn't a replacement role. Nobody has left.
The team comes together for
weekly multidisciplinary meetings, providing regular opportunities to discuss clients, share ideas and stay connected with the broader team.
The team also has breakfast together after the weekly meeting, with the Admin Manager cooking for everyone. It’s a small detail, but it says a lot about the type of culture they have built.
The Occupational Therapy service is growing because demand for their services continues to increase.
You’ll be joining an established multidisciplinary allied health provider in Western Sydney with strong referral streams, growing waitlists and clients ready to be allocated.
That means you're not joining a business hoping to eventually build your caseload.
The caseload is already there. A Team That Has Actually Stayed
One of the biggest strengths of this opportunity is retention.
The organisation isn't constantly replacing clinicians and rebuilding its team. Instead, the existing team has remained and the business is now recruiting because
waitlists are continuing to grow.
You'll have experienced clinicians around you throughout the week, alongside access to
weekly clinical supervision.
For a developing Occupational Therapist, that means you aren't expected to figure everything out by yourself.
For someone more experienced, it means you can still enjoy autonomy without feeling isolated from the wider clinical team.
New Graduate? You Won't Be Lost in a Huge Graduate Intake
If you're graduating or newly qualified, this is a particularly strong opportunity.
You'll complete a structured
six-month graduate development program, designed to gradually build your confidence rather than expecting you to manage a full caseload independently from day one.
You'll have:
- Weekly clinical supervision
- Structured support across your first six months
- Gradual development of your caseload
- Experienced allied health clinicians around you
- Weekly MDT meetings
- Opportunities to ask questions throughout the week
- Support to develop your clinical reasoning and confidence rather than being expected to know everything immediately
The starting salary for a New Graduate Occupational Therapist is
$85,000 + super, with access to the organisation's additional incentive structure after probation.
Your Caseload
The service supports both
paediatric and adult clients, giving clinicians flexibility around the type of caseload they want to develop.
If paediatrics is where your interest sits, there is enough demand to build a
fully paediatric caseload.
Alternatively, you can work across a combination of adults and children to develop broader Occupational Therapy experience.
Depending on your experience and interests, clinical work can include areas such as:
- Functional assessments
- Activities of daily living
- Sensory processing and regulation
- Fine and gross motor development
- School participation
- Self-care and independence
- Assistive Technology
- Home Modifications
- Driving
- Capacity-building intervention
- Functional skill development
Clinic + Community
The position offers approximately a:
50% clinic | 50% community split
This gives you variety without spending your entire working week either sitting in the clinic or driving between appointments.
Appointments are generally structured around approximately
45–50 minutes with the client, with time allocated afterwards for documentation.
Travel also forms part of how the organisation considers weekly productivity rather than simply being treated as unpaid time between clients.
KPI Structure That Rewards You for Doing More
The standard weekly productivity expectation is approximately
27 hours, with travel incorporated into how this is calculated.
Once you have completed probation, there is also genuine upside if you choose to exceed your standard expectations.
Clinicians can access:
- $75 for each additional KPI hour completed above target
- The potential to earn an additional day off when performance is maintained above target across the relevant four-week period
- Incentives that operate on a continuing rolling basis rather than being limited to a once-a-year bonus
The intention isn't that everyone should constantly work above target.
But if you're someone who is naturally productive and chooses to take on additional work,
you can actually be rewarded for it.
A Proper Multidisciplinary Team
You'll be joining more than just an Occupational Therapy service.
The broader organisation operates across multiple allied health disciplines, giving clinicians access to different perspectives around shared participants.
The team comes together for
weekly multidisciplinary meetings, so there are regular opportunities to discuss clients, ask questions and learn from clinicians outside your own discipline.
They're Looking for a Good Clinician and a Good Human. Clinical skill matters.

The organisation places a strong emphasis on team fit.
The first stage will involve an
