About the firm
Our client is a boutique firm in Melbourne’s north-east suburbs, well known for their personalised and practical legal advice. What you’ll be doing In this role
You’ll manage a mix of advisory and transactional commercial law matters. You’ll be trusted with direct client engagement while still having access to senior guidance.

• Drafting agreements and key contracts
• Advising SMEs and family-owned businesses
• Providing practical compliance solutions
• Managing files from start to finish

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years PQE in commercial law within private practice
• Strong communication and drafting ability
• Client-first mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
