Our client is a corporate specialist law firm with a strong national presence across VIC and WA. With over 50 professionals, the firm works with listed and private companies on complex transactions and corporate advisory matters. The Melbourne team is collegiate, dynamic and growth-focused.

Duties

As Senior Associate, you’ll manage your own matters while guiding junior lawyers.

• Leading M&A and capital markets matters
• Advising on corporate governance and compliance
• Managing high-profile client relationships
• Supervising and developing junior practitioners

Key requirements

• Minimum 5 years PQE in corporate law
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Leadership potential and mentoring ability
• Interest in building a profile in corporate practice
