Are you a seasoned Employment Lawyer ready to step into leadership? We have an opening as Senior Associate in Melbourne, to take responsibility for complex workplace matters and elevate the team’s capability.

Our client is a respected Australian law firm with strong national presence and deep expertise in employment law. Their Employment Advisory team is known for offering timely, business-oriented advice across compliance, industrial relations, investigations and litigation.

The role
You will act as a senior lead within the employment team, handling end-to-end matters and mentoring junior lawyers.
- Leading enterprise bargaining, disputes, termination and compliance matters
- Advising across workplace health & safety and governance
- Representing clients before tribunals and courts
- Oversight of training, policy drafting and internal workplace reviews
What you’ll bring - 5+ years PQE in employment / WHS / workplace relations
- Proven ability on both advisory and litigation work
- Leadership, mentoring capacity and commercial mindset
- Excellent drafting, stakeholder engagement and strategic skills
