About the Position:

Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their thriving Property Law practice. You will manage a busy and varied portfolio of residential conveyancing files, including standard sales and purchases, off-the-plan contracts, transfers, and first home buyer transactions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in conveyancing
• Strong understanding of QLD residential property transactions and PEXA
• Confident managing files independently from instruction to settlement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Experience with LEAP or similar legal practice software preferred
